To address the project’s goals and challenges, the discovery phase was designed around audience perceptions of his personal brand associations, using a quantitative method that gathered insights from more than 9,000 respondents.
His personal brand strategy was developed using the Rampersad model.
For his personal brand identity, the visual concept was built around the themes of resilience and mindfulness, which were drawn from two of the key insights uncovered during the research phase.

From the Field to the Horizon of the Mind
I started from a place that many might consider the end of the road. From my teenage years, I learned that I had to rely on myself—Morteza. Not only on my legs, which carried me forward on the football pitch, but on my mind, where faith in my abilities, persistence, and big dreams had taken root.
I, Morteza, never waited for a miracle. I built my own path—with relentless training, with continuous learning, and with the repeated cycle of failure and rising again. Every dusty field was a classroom for me, every challenge was an opportunity to grow, and every mistake in my youth football was a reminder to improve.
Along the way, I fell many times, but one thing always helped me rise again:

Now, far from those early days, the only thing that still matters to me is that this journey isn’t just for myself.
I want to show teenagers that they can—if they believe.
